Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

A sauce that is as popular and widespread as rice in Vietnam! Made with fresh chillies, lime and fish sauce- it gives dishes a real kick!

Serves: 4
    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
    • 1 red chilli, de-seeded and stem removed
    • 2 tsp. sugar
    • 1/4 lime, juiced
    • 1.5 tbsp. water
    • 2 tbsp. Blue Dragon Fish Sauce
    1. Pound the garlic, chilli and sugar into a smooth paste.
    2. Add the lime juice. Remove the pulp of the lime with a vegetable knife and pound into the paste.
    3. Add the water and the Blue Dragon Thai Fish Sauce and mix well.
