Sweet Chilli Salmon Parcels

These juicy salmon parcels couldn't be easier and are great with a side of your favourite veggies, or why not serve with our Egg Fried Rice recipe?

    • 4 skinless salmon fillets
    • 8 tbsp. Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 1 red onion, finely sliced
    • 100g (4oz) spinach leaves, shredded
    • some jasmine rice, to accompany (long-grain or basmati will also be fine)
    1. Preheat the oven to 200’c/400’F. Take 4 sheets of foil and place a salmon fillet in the centre of each one.
    2. Top each fillet with 2tbsp Sweet Chilli Dipping Sauce, and then divide the red onion and spinach between each fillet.
    3. Fold over the foil and seal the edges together by folding them over. Place in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
    4. Remove from the foil and serve with the vegetables and Sauce poured over. Best served with rice or salad
