These zesty and light prawn skewers are super quick and delicious for lunch or dinner.

100g Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 lime, juiced
1 red pepper
150g king prawns
1 tbsp. chopped coriander
Squeeze the lime into the Sweet Chilli Sauce, add the chopped herb and mix, reserve ½ the mix, and place the prawns in the other half and marinade for 10 minutes.
Dice the pepper into 2-3cm pieces, skewer the prawns and peppers onto a kebab stick and grill on the BBQ or under a hot grill for 7-8 minutes turning occasionally.
Brush the remainder of the sauce onto the skewers before serving.
