Sweet Chilli Prawn Skewers

These zesty and light prawn skewers are super quick and delicious for lunch or dinner.

    • 100g Blue Dragon Sweet Chilli Sauce
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 1 red pepper
    • 150g king prawns
    • 1 tbsp. chopped coriander
    1. Squeeze the lime into the Sweet Chilli Sauce, add the chopped herb and mix, reserve ½ the mix, and place the prawns in the other half and marinade for 10 minutes.
    2. Dice the pepper into 2-3cm pieces, skewer the prawns and peppers onto a kebab stick and grill on the BBQ or under a hot grill for 7-8 minutes turning occasionally.
    3. Brush the remainder of the sauce onto the skewers before serving.
