Soba Noodles with Pak Choi

A quick and tasty garlic and ginger Japanese noodle dish, with fresh Pak Choi garnished with sesame seeds.

Serves: 4
    • 250g soba noodles
    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 2cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
    • 500g pak choi, chopped
    • 2 tbsp. Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce
    • 2 tbsp. Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • Some sesame seeds, toasted
    • Some red chilli, chopped into thin rings
    1. Cook the noodles until they are soft but still slightly undercooked. Rinse under cold water and set aside to chill.
    2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and fry the garlic and ginger for 3-4 minutes.
    3. Add the Pak Choi and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
    4. Toss in the noodles and combine with the vegetables. Heat through.
    5. Stir in the Oyster sauce and Sesame oil.
    6. Remove from the heat and squeeze over lime juice.
    7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chilli slices.
