Try this sweet and nutty satay stir fry, with juicy chicken and crunchy peppers.

1 sachet (150g) Blue Dragon Satay Season & Stir Fry
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
400g chicken breasts
1 sliced red pepper
3 sliced spring onions
Handful of peanuts, roughly chopped
100g rice, to serve
Separate the two pouches by tearing along the perforation. Pat dry your meat with kitchen paper. Add seasoning mix to a bowl or freezer bag and coat the meat evenly.
Leave to marinate whilst you prepare the rest of your ingredients.
Heat a non-stick frying pan or wok until smoking hot, then add a splash of oil. Stir fry your meat for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Add your vegetables for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour over the stir fry sauce and heat through.
Serve with cooked rice and sprinkle over roasted peanuts as a garnish.
