Asian Salad

A healthy, light salad with a sesame oil and soy dressing.

Serves: 4
    • 1/2 cucumber
    • 11 large carrots
    • 1 celery stick
    • 1 pack baby corn
    • 3 tbsp. Blue Dragon White Rice Vinegar
    • 1/4 cup chopped coriander
    • 2 tbsp. Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce
    • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
    • 1 tsp. Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
    • 2 cloves crushed garlic
    • 1/2 tsp. minced jalapeno
    • Salt to taste
    1. Cut cucumber, carrot and celery into match sticks and mix with the baby corn (quartered lengthways).
    2. Mix White Rice Vinegar, coriander, Light Soy Sauce, sesame seeds, ginger, Sesame Oil, garlic and jalapeño together.
    3. Drizzle the dressing onto the mixed salad.
